Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

If your return is approved due to a defective item, damaged product, or an error made by our team, Hair 365 will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as Hair 365 is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
