Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, including incorrect or damaged items sent by Hair 365.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Hair 365 reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not comply with our return policy guidelines.
