Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, which means cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

In cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, Hair 365 reserves the right to remove the unavailable item from the order and issue a refund for that specific item. If this occurs, our Customer Care Team will notify you via email with an updated order confirmation.
