Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order

A minimum order of $150 USD (before taxes, where applicable) is required for all wholesale purchases through Hair 365.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
Orders over $500 USD may qualify for free shipping within eligible regions.

Orders below the minimum requirement may be subject to additional handling or shipping fees.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order through the Hair 365 website, you authorize Hair 365 to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

You confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used and agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid transactions processed through our website or customer service team. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.

Wholesale Program Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Hair 365 products may not be resold through unauthorized third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Overstock, Temu, or similar online reseller platforms without written approval from Hair 365.
Approval into the Hair 365 Wholesale Program grants access to professional pricing, promotions, and exclusive product updates intended only for verified businesses and professionals.
By applying, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails and wholesale communications from Hair 365. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Hair 365 reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at its discretion if program policies are violated.
Misuse of wholesale pricing, unauthorized redistribution, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.
