Avoid contact with eyes. If this product comes into contact with eyes, immediately wash out with lukewarm water.

DIRECTIONS

1. Wash the hair twice with 365 Purifying Shampoo. When performing the treatment on virgin hair (hair that has not been previously colored or chemically processed), we recommend shampooing thoroughly three times. Rinse thoroughly and towel-dry the hair.

2. Blow-dry the hair until it is approximately 70% dry. While wearing gloves, shake the bottle of Chocolate Keratin Treatment well before each use.

3. Pour approximately 1 oz. of Chocolate Keratin Treatment into a bowl. Adjust the amount according to the length and density of the hair.

Divide the hair into four sections using a medium-tooth comb. Using the brush end of the Silicomb, apply the treatment evenly along the hair strands, starting approximately 1 inch away from the scalp and working toward the ends. Avoid direct contact with the scalp.

Next, comb through each small section using the comb side of the Silicomb to ensure even distribution. Work on one large section at a time, dividing it into smaller sections as needed to ensure maximum coverage.

4. Do not rinse. Allow the treatment to process for 15–20 minutes.

5. Blow-dry the hair completely using a paddle brush as needed. During this step, focus on thoroughly drying the product into the hair rather than straightening it. Make sure the hair is 100% dry before proceeding.

6. Divide the hair into four sections. Work on one large section at a time, dividing each section into smaller, approximately 1-inch-wide sections to ensure the treatment is sealed into every strand.

Using the 365 Professional Infrared Hair Iron, pass the iron along the full length of each section, beginning approximately 1 inch away from the scalp. Avoid direct contact with the scalp and nape of the neck.

Flat iron each section until the desired level of smoothness and shine is achieved. Use a temperature of 380–420°F for color-treated hair. For virgin hair, a temperature of up to 450°F may be used. Work in small sections and pass the iron over each section 7–10 times. Once complete, do not rinse.

AFTERCARE
Advise clients not to wash their hair for 24 hours following the treatment. Hair should not be tied back with clips or elastics or pushed back with headbands or glasses. Clients should also avoid excessive sweating and moderate-to-heavy physical activity during this period.

If the hair becomes wet, dry it immediately and pass a flat iron through the affected section.
